Its a little different with Egypt. They are tunneling from the Egyptian side under the border into Gaza. Its a border violation. Whatever. They're digging the tunnels to smuggle arms to get around Egypt's blockade. Don't you think firing rockets into Israel is a bit more than bullying? The reason the rockets get fired is because Israel tries to control everything that goes on in the territories. Actually they withdrew from Gaza and so aren't in a position to control things there.
