re WU - I think there is a huge risk for WU that it's services become obsolete. I think electronic payments (paypal or similar) via email or cellphone will replace WU's wiring services.

It's not an if, it's a question of when. Cellphones are ubiquitous now even in the developing countries so someone is going to figure out how to do it. It's possible that WU get's a stake in that future but I think it could easily been done without WU.
