It would be kind of funny to see the US wipeout Britain's biggest crown jewel. I hope Obama doesn't back down when it comes time to go for the jugular. Russia and Venezuela revoked all kinds of US oil assets for no reason. The US has every reason to revoke BP's assets for involuntary manslaughter, gross negligence, and just about every criminal and civil corporate offense that one could imagine. BP is led by the most spineless and arrogant mgmt team ever, especially Hayward. I really hope that BP faces more crude awakenings. But, we still have to string them along for another year to squeeze $20 billion out of them.
