Jeff,

I am referring to the answer to question number 8 on post #410.
----------------------------------------------------------------
8. Do you anticipate any further capital needs, and if so how
much in dollar terms?
ANS: Yes! Can't comment further yet, but we are interviewing
Investment Bankers. It will take money to put 50 salespeople out
there.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

The answer indicated that they were looking for an investment banker. I have seen 504k shares sold by investment bankers to raise funds needed for the growth of the company. Each contract with an investment banker is different.

In my opinion this is a good way for a company to fund their growth. Sometimes the 504 shares that are sold are restricted. Granted not all shares are restricted and the time restriction will vary with each contract. This allows the company to obtain growth funding, possibly without having to immediately increase the float. It gives them the opportunity to increase their revenues by having the capital they need to do so.

Jeff, Here is a posting I did on another thread that explains how 504K shares would normally be handled.
