>>Skeeter, just answer the simple question of what a bank does that is magically different from any other entity doing the same thing. You are confusing yourself.<<

i did. i'm not confused at all. that's why i can walk through your analysis and show that no money was created out of thin air at any given step.

it is also why you can't do the same and show how money (as in currency and equivalents) was created.

>>Don't resort to any laws or legal structure that a given country might have in its existing system.<<

that's like asking someone to do a math problem without using numbers.

seriously. the reason the banks operate differently IS B/C THE LAW ALLOWS THEM TO.

>>Don't use fractional reserve, don't use interest, just do the simple accounting of how a loan is taken, and what happens to the money supply.<<

one can't discuss how a loan is taken from a bank without addressing fractional reserve lending because that is exactly how a bank makes loans!

>>Show what is different if the entity giving the loan is an individual vs a bank.<<

i have already. the banks create money to loan out of thin air - they just literally counterfeit it (legally since the government approves of this kind of counterfeiting).

that is something nobody else can do - and that is the difference.

it is a whopper, too.

perhaps this podcast will help it sink in...
