mark, if it helps any, i've lost on AMD recently, too (misery loves company). i don't trust their management, eg. Jerry Saunders. Unless you understand the chip business and know something on the inside, I would get out of AMD even for a loss. There are plenty of undervalued tech stocks right now with good management that would have a better chance of appreciating than AMD, esp in the short term. Gonna check out the AMD and INTC thread - those Intelites are brutal when AMD gets some bad news. vol
