How does that jive with the fact that every American has foreign ancestors?

I live on what was once Nez Perce land. From their perspective it jives very well with what happened to them, although in their case they didn't want the foreigners in the first place. Of course, in some sense their ancestors came to America as well, but it goes back a ways.

The problem now is that Americans want foreign servants, but don't want the servants or their kids to become Americans. We want a permanent foreign servant class. And they should just be thankful we give them better pay than they could get at home.

But it does not work that way, despite many American's wishes.
