thank you. - but also the states should be prepared. it is their coast. we have to be prepared for hurricanes, and if we, as states, want and/or allow drilling, we must be prepared. yes, BP did what they did... however... no southern cracker should trust in them. and I say as a cracker. but for now, what is... is. and we can just do what we can. I think Jindal must spend most his time in a/c places, cause it's just too damn hot and humid to get as worked up as he is. "we need to be rescued". he said that. wtf? this is not Katrina with people dying. why does he not lead by going to the beach with shovel in hand? right now, it is what it is. we can hope the hole gets plugged, but it will be or won't be. methinks god does not care either way. so ... you work. something Jindal doesn't seem to like to do. we are working here. and if my mother were not needing hourly care... I would go. but between my mother and some oil on a beach... no contest. wtf I care if there is oil on the beach? would you care about Florida if it didn't mean tourists wouldn't come? and why do you care if the fish die that would die anyway by being caught and people eating them??? and... you might check out the 1909 gusher in Kern County. at least get facts straight on what we have seen before.
