When one speaks of three different job opportunities should one decide to follow their orders and not run and take that choice away from the public is big news...

The other side must agree to their plan before the job offer is firm. You are playing with this Kenneth, we know what the intent was and we don't want it!

ken..."Talking to people about the possibility of appointment to a federal job is not illegal. There was no firm promise of employment, only discussion about a possibility."....

If the possibility of appointment to a federal job is possible only if the person being offered the job must withdraw from some political race so the person offering the job can have their special person elected....is that illegal...lawyer person?
