I have to disagree about it being Obama's legacy. Everyone (esp. the party out of power and its supporters), wants to blame everything bad that happens on the president currently in power, but presidents are not omnipotent (and its a good thing they aren't, would you really want Obama to have the power to control everything?)

As for the beaches, they should recover. The talk of "death beds" and "its going to be gone" are overdone.
