Those 'Other Words' are yours. It is not what I said, nor is it like what I said, so I would appreciate it if you do not associate the sentiment with me. 'Might makes Right' is used as the justification for claiming land or booty as the prize for winning a war and America has done that especially in the settlement period but there is nothing in my statement that carries that tone or meaning, nor is that a current policy of the USA as far as I know. The contingencies I offered have nothing to do with 'if we can get away with it,' or our 'Might making it Right.'
