Here's what she said when the R's criticized her hubby for bowling an 8.

I could still outdo FDR then, but not by much. and no golfing (cept putting). or hoops.

The idea that bowling is a working class thing has always baffled. growing up we golfed, even though we weren't wealthy. and we bowled even though we weren't working class. it seems the political chattering class has come up with these definitions? I dunno. maybe Ellie knows.
