A tanker was in an accident and spilled chemicals. I don't see Kenneth calling for all tankers to be pulled off the highways.

oh bummer! Add to the unemployment rate and decrease the supply of crude in a market of increased demand. The blithering dithering ditherer should have dithered first. Should not have let politics drive the countries economy lower in these precarious times. Just another example of the incompetence of this socialistic driven regime. This president may very well take away carter's distinctive title as the most incompetent president in america's history.
