OBTW: I can't ever recall having to use a harsh word towards my daughters.. The 'Princess' (..younger one..) is the only one who once got a 'thump' on her diaper - when she was wriggling and being obstreperous-in-the-extreme after 1st being warned, and then scowled at. I recall the eyeballs becoming dish-plates from surprise in her concurrent process of putting '2+2' together and came up with "..Ruhhh Rohhh.."!! .. Tee hee....... Usually a scowl and/or glance over the top of the glasses from Daddy was sufficient to indicate that 'limits had been reached'. It's nice to have girls who are 101% Daddy's daughters..!!! Ha ha ha.... But, someone's daughter who pays less-than-100%-attention when her Daddy is dealing with the perils of scum vs. young girls is certainly deserving of the 'Mule-&-2x4' treatment the avoid the potential disaster of ADHD on the subject. :-) .
