Who said? I dumped some earlier puts on Comeback Tuesday. I've told the thread my positions all along. Don't remember the price at the time, it was just when I was able to get through to my broker. I currently hold 50 November 75 puts. I was oh so tempted to pick up some 80s and 85s today, but then my hedge (it really is a hedge, well, speculative hedge) turns into raw speculation. And I really was in no position to think I knew better what this quarter's earnings were likely to be than the many analysts who follow the company. I do believe my vision for the future of internet access puts AOL's future at risk. As that realization sinks in, I think the valuation of AOL can only decrease over the medium term. In the short term, I try to second guess the psychological twists and turns of the market based on cumulative events.
