Perception should be adjusted to correspond to reality. There may well be plenty of racist police. However, I'm pretty confidant a white person can get into the same situation you describe seeing. Make the cops chase you, fight them and you're going to get your ass kicked. The Latino was not fighting them. He was very passive throughout the whole deal. That's why I went out.......it was six big guys beating up on one small guy.
