BG, does it improve your message to post it twice? Let's reverse the question. If a Zitel employee tries to enter a secure site, it is not up to the guard to prove that he does not have clearance but rather it will be assumed that the visitor does NOT have clearance until he proves that he does. So, which Zitel staff members (and computers) have clearance and at what level?

BG, It will be very difficult for Zitl to ever get a top secret clearance, since it is a catch 22 situation. Zitl needs to have a certified TS facility (vault) AND a contract which authorizes TS access BEFORE any employee of Zitl will be granted a TS clearance. The US govt is reducing the number of authorized TS clearances and is actually stripping many TS clearances away from many people to save money. With this environment, I don't think that Zitl will ever get a TS clearance.
