I don't want them strung up and I don't think we should rush to judgment either but I do suspect BP of engaging in shortcuts. I doubt they broke any laws or violated any regs but thats not necessary to screw up. I don't want any more show trials or hearings where sleazy polititicians compete to see who can act the most outraged. I expect things to be hashed out in courts and in the market over a period of years and thats where the punishment will come from.
