How about a moratorium, a moratorium on financial innovation until we figure out what the heck the Bush people approved during the reckless years of the Securities and Exchange Commission?

In other words, not even Cramer knows what sort of deregulation led to the mess.

He's not talking about regulations. He's talking about market innovations the Bush people approved that are making the markets act squirrelly. The markets have not been acting right for two years. No one said much until the recent and sudden 1000 point drop that no one has yet to be able to explain and its been weeks since the incident happened. With no explanation, more and more people are dropping out of the stock markets.

Maybe some day you will realize just how much of a mess the Bush/Cheney team was and made. Now I need to add.....that Cramer never said anything during the Bush years....never criticized the Bush administration even once......so he's a bit of a johnny come lately. There seem to be more of those with each passing day.
