Senseless repetition without end and gets you nowhere. He cannot win a war against such an amorphus, infinite and intractable enemy. It is impossible. Radical groups can only be managed like a chronic disease never defeated and more than arthritus can be defeated. I have heard the pentagon really bullied Obama from the beginning. The only approach is an international joint operation to protect the world that is capable of going on forever.
