Adam--
<< Do you mean semi's?>>

Not at all. All tech has become bearish since mid-October. Networkers, semi's, DRAM suppliers, semiconductor equipment, PC makers, disk drive makers, etc.

Cisco is the rare exception.

Global chip sales up 14.7 pct in Sept--trade group

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov 6 (Reuters) - Worldwide sales of semiconductor chips rose to 11.8 billion in September, up 14.7 percent from a year earlier, the Semiconductor Industry Association said Thursday.

It was the highest sales level in 19 months, the trade group said in a statement.

''The 1997 recovery continues to pick up steam, thanks to the continued expansion of the personal computer market, the growth of telecommunications, and the surging interest in the Internet,'' said George Scalise, SIA president.

Technology stocks are the stongest in the months of Nov, Dec and Jan and we will get a big year end rally in this sector. Everywhere the sales of pc's are great (europe, america and certain parts of asia).
