Mathprof, I still think we should see a recovery from 2013-2016, but we should get a crash around 2017. That will probably coincide with a US sovereign default and upheaval in China. I was not anticipating a sovereign default when I first gave my anticipated 30-year path for the markets in 2006, but the policy response since 2007 has added that to the equation.

The years 2020-2036 ought to be a time of amazing growth and prosperity, as restructuring this decade in the private and public sector as well as in individual households will set the stage for that to happen.
