<<Within hours, though, Hayward’s foot was firmly lodged in his mouth yet again. The effort to contain the oil and keep it away from the Gulf Coast has been “very successful,” he told the Financial Times. “Considering how big this has been, very little has got away from us.”>> That is beyond delusional and deep in the mud of perfidy.

They made a , it seems, an inexpicable mistake yesterday and before. The sequence demanded they SHEAR off the bent RISER BEFORE clear cutting off--that is to shear off BELOW the bend.
Then use the diamond saw to just smooth the jagged edge from the shearing.

But NO they went AGAINST what was dictated, they went directly to the diamond saw, and cut below the bend and it got stuck 1/2 way in--12 hours to remove and it was broken ---so then they went directly to the SHEAR BUT cut ABOVE the bend(a 10% bend)
Why did they do this????????? They ended up placing the cap over a bent riser!, that is what i am reading on Oil Drum, anyway.

But key will be what the widow of a Dead TOP HAND has presented w2hich indicates thewy intentional by passed tests out GREED to get the well active.
