As of June 4, 2010, Zoran Arandjelovic acquired beneficial ownership of 456,830 common shares in the capital of Tawsho Mining Inc. Mr. Arandjelovic purchased 446,830 Common Shares at an average $0.1304 per Common Share through the facilities of the TSXV and 10,000 shares in a private transaction. As a result, Mr. Arandjelovic now holds 6,754,235 Common Shares, representing approximately 29.7% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Tawsho. EDIT: OOPS!
