"As noted in the information circular and proxy statement sent to all unitholders of Enterra Energy Trust (the "Trust") in April, as part of the conversion from the Trust to Equal Energy each trust unit of the Trust was exchanged for one-third of one common share of Equal Energy." Unless there was some other feature to the conversion, you can use the previous share count divided by 3, and the current EQU price, adjusting the basis per trust unit by multiplying by 3 to get the EQU share basis.
