I don't read too much into this. The markets were weak to-day and MACR has been weak since last quarterly earning. So small dip does not really matter. The news release has gone to some length to emphasize strong management team in place. All the people highlighted in Finance related roles seem quite strong. Only question I have is how come they have so many senior people in the function ? May be that is one reason CFO is leaving. Too many people who can fill his shoes.

The news of the CFO leaving came after the market close. This development is not yet in the stock price. Any guesses what happens tomorrow?
