"The economy has failed as the local, state and federal tax base has dried up. Unemployment is a chronic problem and possibly terminal. There is no more productive enterprise, we've been sending it overseas for the last twenty plus years, and it's not coming back. We are now borrowing money to consume goods produced elsewhere instead of sending them ours and increasing our own value." So what's driving up corporate profits? And I agree those jobs are not coming back...any job that is repetitious or routine is now or going to be done by robots.... The alternative is cheap foreign labor. But it's your RW friends that place little value on education that would keep many employed in more sophisticated jobs.. And what does your answer have to do with that woman be liberal or not??
