Mike, I am in the process of transferring my 401K to datek. They
didn't send one form (Transfer Acceptance form) which I had to
download from Delaware Charter's website. Also, be sure to send the
$25 fee with the paperwork or they will clip you for an additional
12 dollars.

Mike,

I have opened two IRA accounts in the past 18 months and am in the process of opening a third. There have been absolutely no problems dealing with Delaware Charter. They have answered all my questions promptly when I have called them. As far as IRA's are concerned, it is my opinion that it works very smoothly and with no problems. Hope this helps....good luck.
