BP, like the banks, just took advantage of the opportunities made available to line their pockets. They helped create and then exploited the system
It's a corporation, not a person. Can't sentence them to death for environmental or economic acts of terrorism.
Any private individual or group committing crimes on a much ,much lesser scale are subject to more than financial redress.

Let's bring in more conservative justices, shall we?
