There is no way Bush would have come out made stupid moves like announcing the closing of GTMO, threatening to publish more Iraqi prison photos, trials in NYC for enemy combatants, attacking the Supreme Court during a state of the union address, bashing states who decide to, in effect, enforce the federal law, WASTED A TRILLION DOLLARS OF TAXPAYER MONEY ON A PORK BARREL FIASCO LIKE THE "STIMULUS", allowed the tax cuts to expire, etc. There are hundreds of gross mistakes Obama has made that GWB wouldn't have made even in GWB's first month in office. There is no comparison. Bush was a competent leader, one who had the courage of his convictions, not merely one who had political debts to repay. Bush certainly made mistakes, but he also learned from them and corrected them as he went. And he TRIED to do the right things. Obama is dogmatically applying his extremist liberal views without any apparent consideration of its effect on our country, its economy, and its standing in the world.
