It is their country too and they must contribute to the expenses.

The income tax structure does not work when a small percentage of us pay the majority of the bills.

Dems buy the votes of those not paying any income tax with the revenue from productive citizens who do pay their way. That's why Democrat members of congress can correctly be labelled pure career politicians - rarely any practical experience in the real world. They're snakeoil salesmen selling class warfare propaganda to gullible citizens with a collective chip on their shoulders.
