and the BS majors people take, like woman's studies. One of my sons is a computer engineering major, one of his classes had a 79% failure rate and another 60%,PC hasn't taken them over....yet My daughter just remarked to me today she feels badly for a friend who is having great difficulty getting a job in her field - broadcast journalism. My remark was, sheesh, what did she expect? Very competitive field in the first place, with very few job openings every year even in the best of circumstances. Add to that the economy and it's a tough time for these kids.
