I don't think anyone attempted to sweep it under the rug, as you
put it. Most of the people here that have done their DD are
satisfied that the AT&T problem will be resolved with little or no
cost to FTEL. I will follow-up on this issue the next time I call
Franklin and will report back if what I hear is anything different
than what I am saying now. If my memory serves me correctly, I
have read prospectuses where companies are involved in some type of
litigation. As far as this affecting the IPO...I really don't see
that happening at all. My expectation is that Franklin will be
absolved of any wrongdoing whatsoever. Ofcourse, these are just my opinions.

Can someone tell me what is meant by the "AT&T Problem". I call myself keeping up with this thread, but somehow I missed that one. The only thing I remember reading was suppling products to AT&T. That was back a couple of weeks ago. Whats up? Thanks
