Update on weather.

Based upon the Scafetta, Sharp, cosmic mediated solar output theory as demonstrated in the previously mentioned charts, world temperatures will continue to decline rapidly. The west coast of the US weather state dictates all continental weather. The west coast has experienced the coldest Spring in history, averaging 20 - 30 degrees cooler than normal. At the same time the sky has had continued and persistent cirrus, unstable cirrus, wakefield cirrus, highly rolling turbulent cirrus, all extremely rare for this time of year. What does it mean?

Cold stratospheric temperatures. What does that mean? Colder winter coming.

Also, such conditions can't support GOM hurricanes, any GOM storms. Therefore, I predict zero storms, but I must adjust this to some small quantity like one or two weak ones only for statistical reasons. NOAA predicts 13 major storms. Univ. of Colorado predicts 8 major ones.
