Rodney is obviously a bored, disgruntled, former government employee who has to sit up on his high horse and dictate to others. If he doesn't mind getting screwed then fine, just let others air their complaints. This thread isn't here to sing praises to anyone.

Thanks, Notice how Rodney always changes the subject when his previous argument hits the wall. Rodney basically works for Datek, they use him to spread false information and do damage control. Rodney will deny this but in the past he already admitted that he gets preferential treatment from them. The fact is that Datek still makes mistakes in their back office systems. These mistakes illustrate the risky nature of doing business with them. Until they can prove that they have a solid accounting method and have a fiduciary responsibility towards their clients make sure you stay on top of them. Keep track of everyone of your transactions, make print screens etc.
