RTGV - 8-K coming very soon according to I-Hub post of response letter from RTGV. Their first 10-Q that should show revenues from their new businesses should be out by the end of July. ------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mr Thank you for contacting us. As I am sure you will appreciate, we're right at the end of a very detailed process that will see detailed numbers and a full business plan published. This release was only meant to share the news of a very positive upward trend for Digital Clarity. In discerning whether to issue the release in advance of the numbers coming out, we considered the need to: (a) Share general trend information; (b) Publicize that particular company to further assist growth; (c) Publicly re-affirm Digital Clarity's strategic fit into RTG Ventures; and (d) Demonstrate that we are stewarding targets month to month and that we are sharing the direction and order of magnitude with the investment community. I understand that it must be frustrating to see a release like this one go out without numbers, but the 8k will be filed very soon and the numbers from Digital Clarity are proprietary until the audited financials are public information. I would therefore ask you to bear with us while we complete the next major filing. We will then be able to publish all numbers and in future, we will be able to attach proper numbers to all releases of this kind.
