All of those southern states will have their real estate plummet, IMHO.
And, insurance companies will drop all of their insurance, IMO.
That place is fuked....no doubt about that one.
Lunatics did it in, IMO.
It will be like the dust storms in the early 30's....those sorry folks will just pack everything up and abandon the place, IMO.
Or, there will be mandatory evacuations when the Cat 5 oil globs come for them.
