My interpretation is that DDIM will modify their CD to do something similar to what we have going here. >>

DDIM is an IT outfit all the way; it has no experience in embedded systems (as far as I know). If they plan to deal with the embedded systems aspect of y2k at this late date, they would be smart to team with TAVA in some fashion. This may in fact be what they are planning, although of course we can't be sure.

DDIM could not do it in time, nor do they have the know-how, like AON Corp they will be forced to bundle TPRO CD with their own offering if they want to offer their clients a complete solution. TPRO is jumping all over this software provider thing. They evidently know how to make money!
