Gushing oil blowout is 50 miles offshore. That is where they should be targeting the first line of defense of skimmers. I was talking about the panhandle beaches. All I saw were BP workers and people sunbathing. Where are the citizens out their cleaning their beaches? In CA,OR, and WA state, you know damn well citizens would be out there in force picking up the tarballs.
