Was looking back at 200EMA crosses for the indices, and it's really amazing how little of the last 30 years has been spent on the south side of that line:

A few months in 1984, late 1987, late 1990, and then the bears of 2001 and 2008. That's it. No other appreciable dips below it. Simply amazing, the power of a credit bubble to inflate asset prices. It's no wonder the bulls are convinced it's another buying opportunity.

I was watching the fast monkeys on Bubble tonight while I was on the Stairmaster. To a tee, they all hated silver. Said it is an industrial metal more than a precious metal.

It reminded me a lot of their talking about gold when it was sub $1,000.

They don't understand it.

It's time for it to once and for all break the sub $21 shackles.
