I said specifically 50 miles off shore where the oil is gushi ng to the top. That is the critical area where the first lines of defense should be. What makes you think these boats are not going out 50 miles? There is nothing in the article to suggest that. If they are staying in close to shore, its only because they want to be the last line of defense along the coast line.
