Second letter to Mike Bloomberg

*******************************************

November 6, 1997

Michael Bloomberg
Bloomberg LP
499 Park Avenue, 15th floor
New York, New York 10022

Re: Loren Steffy/IPM coverage

via facsimile

Dear Mr. Bloomberg:

Per my correspondence of November 24, this letter will serve as a follow up. Accompanying it you will find two items:

1. A notarized affidavit of Cynthia L. Miltimore.

This describes the events that took place with Loren Steffy and David Schechter of HC Wainwright and Company of Boston, Mass. I must clarify one point from my previous letter. From previous interviews and sources I had reason to believe Mr. Steffy may have been provided false and misleading information by Ms. Miltimore. With this affidavit a clearer picture emerges and I believe Ms. Miltimore did not lie or misinform, and strove to tell Mr. Steffy only the truth as she understood it. It does appear from this account that Mr. Steffy and Mr. Schechter may have provided false and misleading information and/or pejorative opinions to Ms. Miltimore.

2. "The Short Report" Part I

I have begun this an a freelance endeavor in investigative journalism and I am making the material available on the Internet.

Finally, I would like to request that you let me know personally or by proxy whether Bloomberg News is reviewing my correspondence and looking into this matter. If affirmative, could you please advise me as to which member of your organization I should direct further inquiries.

Sincerely,

Lew Green

Oh no no no. You are one of our experts. You cant leave!

When things clear up and the naysayers leave, then we, the shareholders, will need your help in evaluating things as they unfold. Your expertise and analysis is invaluable to us.

You are one of the 3 or 4 people who know what they are talking about and who I pay alot of attention to. I have learned alot from you.

When we are in a better environment to speak , I shall coerce you into coming back.

Looking forward to then.

Steve
