"In the meantime, A. Cooper was shocked, I tell ya, shocked that BP wasn't returning his calls."

Screw AC. Every single person seeking compensation from BP has to deal with BP individually, and provide proof in the form of documents that prove their pre and post spill income has been affected. The guy running the compensation effort is a Brit in London.

I am shocked that AC doesn't get why his calls are not getting returned. I mean why would anyone return your calls when you are raking them over the coals every time you get on the air. Apparently, BP is not as dumb as they look.

BP will pay as few claims as possible and rely mostly on litigation. Without government pressure BP will pay .10 on the dollar at best, or nothing.
