Bugg: Sources say HSR airbag contract to be announced this week. I know, I know, we've heard this before. But supposedly, the date of the announcement has been set. We'll see. Big question is how much of a pop with the announcement give the stock. My guess is 2-3 points. Any thoughts? PS Skimmed over APCO story. Looks good on face, but haven't had time to do further research. General market conditions right now are not conducive for me to venture beyond what I hold right now. Unless, as you say, you gotta sure one.
