They are also sharing one and the same SSN. Since they all look the same they mostly get away with that as well. I know a concrete case from Florida, 2 guys were working for us and eventually we found out one was temporary and the other guy wasn't at all legal. They used the same SSN whenéver one was needed. Since they made a point of working as consultants through their own company only, we never had a clue. Until they skimmed us for a couple of 100k$. One was a German and the other guy sported valid passports under slightly different names from Finland, Germany and South Africa. /Taro
