I just read somewhere that claims are being addressed by the adjuster office from London. Obama should communicate to BP and say that it is "no No" and that they need to setup their offices along the Gulf Coast with Tony Hayward also spending more time there that Obama is spending.

BP cannot determine if a claim is legitimate or not from London.
