If they can't answer in the affirmative, in English, they should be tazed, arrested and carted off for positive identification. Why do you hate legal immigrants so much? If we need more latino's lets simply raise the quota to 10 million a year - but we just need to know who they are and start the immigration process with SSN's and green cards - or do you prefer paying lower wages of a slave population living in fear and not paying their fair share of the tax burden? Close the border, kick out undesirable illegals, raise the immigration quota and start a process to legalize the hard working honest ones that are already here. This isn't complicated at all.
