Hello,

This stock looks like it will be ready for a run in 1998 considering the management that is being pu together. If I recall correctly, Maedel actually put this company together when it went public last year. He, along with his wife, took part in the IPO (or some sort of private placement). I really do not think that he will abandone this stock completely. I was watching this stock at $2.50-$3.00 but decided to wait until it got cheaper to buy. I guess now is a great time to buy since it trades at < $0.40. Tax-loss selling will keep this stock below $1.00 but a good bottom pick for 1998.

I noticed that Union sold a lot a few days ago that drove the price down from $0.50 to $0.35. Well, considering the latest news release, I guess Don was the one who was selling through Union.

David

Alex and all : Maybe a part of the last page of my Ghost-town book prior refered. Remarkably, Silverbell was home to an estimated 3,000 residents from 1860's into the 1920's. The town's boom began in 1902 when E.B. ( QED? Ben?)) Gage and W.F. Staunton, alongwith the Development Company of America, consolitated claims in the mining district into the Imperial Copper Company. A post office was established in 1904, and a Wells Fargo station opened in 1906. Prosperity lasted until 1911, when a shaft fire and financial problems led the company to Bankruptcy. The American Smelting and Refining Company ran operationshere from 1915 until 1921, when low prices made mining this grade of copper ore unprofitable. The 13 mile stretch between Silverbell and Sasco is an interesting drive, particularly for RailRoad Buffs..... So AZ RR built in 1904 ...tracks taken up in 1934...Where the trestle bridge once spanned a wash, the road is no longer a highway but a normal desert back road . ( I know them well! I will drive that oneday, I hope- Sounds Interesting-Chuca4wheeling)
