Hey, there were only 18 Saudis out of 21 hijackers. 0 Iraqis. No wonder Bush attacked Iraq, with stats like that to rely on.

I think the goal of putting Saudis on the plane was to provoke hostility between the US and Saudi Arabia so Bin Laden and/or his buddies could gain power there or at least reduce US influence.

I don't they expected an attack on Iraq either.
