gi, re: "We could all be dead when this happens. Give it up and sell it off!"

Perhaps it's time for those who've given up hope* on QCOM / PJ, etc.....
.........* no snapdragon traction at Sammy / NOK
.........* falling Chipset / Handset ASPs
.........* brewMP going no where
.........* MediaFlo / FloTV going no where
.........* Mirasol slipping ,etc, etc, etc

Should simply cut their losses--- "sell it (QCOM) off"...."give it (QCOM) up".

We could all be dead when this happens. Give it up and sell it off!.

True. We could be. On the other hand, the discussion was more like the networks like ATT are maxed out with data congestion already. And that is driving the push toward fixed data plans at lower cost. As you know many networks are still offering TV/video on the same data network as the data plans, i.e. sprint. Even on VZ and ATT there may be video available that is not MediaFlo. As it becomes clear that MediaFlo does not tap into the fixed data usage, and other video approaches do, this will fuel a pickup of MediaFlo at a greater rate than now. Maybe even before we are all dead! In other words, MediaFlo cost $15/month now but you can save $15/month going to fixed data plan. So in some sense MediaFlo becomes free for video users who are not big data users otherwise. Gets kind of interesting now.
